He was a dynamic force in our industry who, along with Mel Gebroe, built a company where guiding principles are based on the highest levels of integrity, expertise, commitment and hard work. Robert Ploshnick, Managing Director Since joining the fledgling firm of Gebroe-Hammer Associates in 1976 as an entry-level sales associate, Robert Ploshnick rose through the ranks to become the next generation in senior management. Throughout the years, he set new benchmarks in sales, cultivated lasting and meaningful relationships within the industry and set high standards for integrity and hands-on dedication to company and client – all of which were taught to him by his mentors, Mel Gebroe and Morris Hammer. Robert Ploshnick passed these same tenets on to the newest generation of Gebroe-Hammer professionals to ensure the firm’s future prosperity and growth and his lasting legacy.
